Upload accepts app-exported files only. Start from Download financial data above — that download is the template: edit the values in place and leave the two sheet tabs and their column headers unchanged. The workbook has two tabs — Strategic Solutions (key column: Solution) and Financial Snapshots (key columns: Solution, Investment Category, Type). A file from anywhere else is rejected with the reason it failed.

Every column header on both tabs must match the template exactly — a removed, renamed or extra column is rejected, and the message names which. Column order does not matter, and you can add, edit and remove data rows freely. If finance changes the extract's shape, the upload will refuse it rather than read it wrongly: that is a code change, not something to work around by re-labelling columns.

Upload never deletes — it adds and overwrites, so rows the new extract no longer carries would stay behind. To load a re-shaped or corrected extract authoritatively, use Reset financial data first and then upload. The reset clears the reflected figures only: your Strategic Solutions, investment categories and everything raised in InnoTrack are preserved.

Every Contributor gets a personal budget of votes to spend across the Ideas board — all on one idea, or spread out. Changing the budget applies to future votes; votes already placed are honoured even if you lower it.

In the admin menu you’re an admin. Everywhere else you appear as the role you pick here — the same board, dashboard and links that role sees. The switch is instant on this device and follows you to your other devices at their next sign-in.
